What this publication does
rankroverradarp.com is an independent informational website for prospective and current electric vehicle owners. We explain how vehicle specifications interact with real constraints: weekly mileage, parking access, charging opportunities, journey schedules and budget. Our examples use UK-oriented units and pound-sterling assumptions unless stated otherwise.
We do not claim to operate a vehicle test fleet, a charging network, an installation service or a financial advisory business. The site is not affiliated with vehicle manufacturers or charging networks. Names of real organisations identify relevant entities; they do not imply endorsement.
Evidence block 01
Claims and ratings
Manufacturer figures and regulatory ratings belong to their stated variants and procedures. WLTP and EPA results are not directly interchangeable. A quoted charging maximum is not an average charging rate.
Evidence block 02
Measurements and estimates
A third-party road test is a measurement under recorded conditions. A database estimate is an estimate. Our illustrative arithmetic is neither: it shows what follows from explicitly chosen inputs.
How a comparison is built
- Define the owner’s task. Identify the journey pattern, charging access and ownership period.
- Match the specifications. Check model year, battery variant, usable capacity, wheels and relevant equipment.
- Align the conditions. Do not compare a mild urban efficiency result with a cold motorway result without explaining the difference.
- Show the arithmetic. State charging losses, energy prices, charge windows and rounding choices.
- Expose uncertainty. Missing data and variable tariffs remain visible rather than being replaced with an invented score.
Why there is no single leaderboard
A car can be excellent for a driver charging nightly at home and inconvenient for someone making the same miles without dedicated parking. A charging site can be useful on one route and irrelevant on another. We therefore prioritise conditional comparisons over an unsupported claim that one vehicle or network is best for everyone.
The chart on this site is schematic and explicitly labelled. The ownership profiles are fictional. No illustrative number should be read as a measured result for an unnamed production vehicle.
Dates, corrections and commercial boundaries
The editorial reference date for this edition is 6 February 2026. A review date does not promise that every linked external page or live tariff was checked that day. Operator access rules, prices, specifications and regulations can change; confirm current terms before acting.
This edition contains no paid placements or affiliate purchase links. If a future page includes a commercial relationship, it should be identified clearly on that page. To flag a factual issue, send the page address, the disputed statement and a primary source through our correspondence panel. We cannot promise an individual reply or a particular response time.
