Information We Handle

This notice describes the static website and browser tools provided by rankroverradarp.com, and the information you choose to send to its editorial contact.

Website delivery

Visiting a website necessarily sends connection information to the server delivering it. Hosting infrastructure may process an IP address, requested URL, access time, browser information and error information for delivery, security and troubleshooting. This website’s page code does not include analytics, advertising pixels, account registration or a server-side contact submission.

Hosting and email providers may process service data under their own operational arrangements. This notice does not claim that server logs do not exist or that all processing occurs in a particular country. The page code itself does not establish a hosting provider’s retention period.

Calculator and correspondence inputs

The mileage calculator operates in your browser. Entered values are not transmitted by the calculator script. The correspondence panel also constructs its preview locally and does not submit your draft to a server. It does not intentionally save form entries in local storage; browser autofill or session restoration may retain entries under your browser’s settings.

Copying a message uses your device’s clipboard after you request it. Downloading creates a plain-text file on your device. You control where you paste, save or send that information. Clipboard history, backups and synchronisation are separate device or service features.

If you email us

If you send email to [email protected], the message can contain your email address, name, message content and associated email metadata. It is used to consider your question, address a correction, reply where appropriate and protect the correspondence service from misuse. Do not include sensitive information or information about other people that is unnecessary for your query.

Where applicable data-protection law requires a lawful basis, ordinary editorial correspondence is handled for the legitimate interests of receiving and responding to enquiries, maintaining accuracy and protecting the service. Legal obligations may require particular records to be retained. Messages should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes; no fixed deletion date is promised here.

Browser preferences

The browser preferences page offers an explicit option to save an essential-only preference. This uses a local storage entry named rankroverradarp-browser-preference on your device. It is not transmitted by the site script, has no built-in expiry and can be removed using that page or your browser’s site-data controls.

Sharing, external links and choices

The website code does not sell personal data or share form inputs with advertising services. Information may need to be handled by hosting or email service providers, or disclosed where legally required. External links lead to independent websites with their own privacy practices. Local photographs, styles and scripts do not require requests to third-party image or font services.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of personal information, object to certain processing, or complain to a competent supervisory authority. These rights can have exceptions. Contact [email protected] with enough context to identify your correspondence; do not send identity documents unless a proportionate verification process has been agreed. In the UK, the supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Updates

This notice should be reviewed if the website introduces new collection, analytics or submission features. The effective date above identifies this edition. Avoid sending confidential information over ordinary email.
